My approach
I work as a fractional event planner - embedded on a project basis to own logistics end-to-end. That means pre-event coordination, vendor and venue management, on-site setup, and run-of-show execution day-of. I'm comfortable traveling to where the work happens and have 15 years of experience across large-scale productions, executive operations, recruiting events, and hybrid team sessions. I'm especially drawn to formats that blend content delivery with hands-on collaboration - hackathons, working summits, anything interactive.
